Gregory ``Gil`` Holley

Title Insurance Agent

Gregory (Gil) Holley is a PA licensed Title Insurance agent who has operated and managed our family business for 20 years. Gil’s background was in hospitality management before joining the family business in 2003. In the hospitality industry he acquired business management skills focusing on service. Gil is the son-in-law of the company’s founder, Fran Gaspari. Fran brought Gil into the business teaching him the title side of the business. The result has been a longstanding legacy built on relationships with good business practices.

JUSTIN GASPARI

Closing Agent

Justin is a closing agent. He has been a closer since 2018 and has worked in the industry since 2014. He is the son of the company’s founder (Fran Gaspari) and began his title career at the age of 18. Justin has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Penn State University and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Justin’s whit and relaxed demeanor are felt as he makes closings fun and stress free!
